In response to a few nasty forum goers, Ines gets complicated. The argument can be filtered down to people making hastened judgements on H!P members, and Ines’s attempt to define why such irrational sounding judgements exist. I’d assume most of these remarks simply come from a lack of prior knowledge, and still wanting to form some sort of opinion. It’s not essentially wrong as such, but rather the naivety that comes with still being outside the loop. That ‘deeper understanding’ will come with time surely. And once they have that knowledge, they can either back-up their cheeky, devilish comments, or simply gain a new perspective.
Anyway, Ines brings in two sociology terms to help combat some of the unpleasant encounters she’s seen and sometimes been a part of. Although their definitions in relation to H!P aren’t as clear as they ought to be, you get the gist of it. A good read, although it does feel unbalanced in parts.
