Costume Hall of Shame Rips on Ruffles
Recommended reading. Our own Celestia resumes her Costume Hall of Shame series and gets into the pitfalls of too many ruffles. I totally feel where she’s coming from on this set of costumes and give a particularly hearty “Hear hear!” in regards to those terribly Berryz outfts from the 2008 Winter Concert.
