REVIEW: SCANDAL “Space Ranger”, “Koi Moyo” and “Kagerou” singles
If you still haven’t gotten a chance to get acquainted with the all-girl rock quartet of awesomeness better known as SCANDAL, now is definitely a good time to do so as CJ does both an excellent job at unveiling their history thus far and also solid and to-the-point reviews of all their three singles. I can’t help but feel excited for these girls and like CJ, I can hardly wait for their first full-length release. Recommended reading.
And hey, I just noticed this now while browsing their MySpace: SCANDAL will be featured on tomorrow’s episode of Music Japan, performing their debut single. This is pretty big news as I believe it to be SCANDAL’s first ever TV appearance (do correct me if I’m wrong), so be sure not to miss it!

SCANDAL is an exceptional, though raw, talent. They can really play, and the 16-year-old drummer is very solid. They look and sound like seasoned pros. My only question … how the heck are they allowed to play in 21-over clubs? I’m not complaining.
@Rad: Having played in a semi-pro cover band right out of high school, I can safely say that under-21 musicians can play in such places as they’re considered the entertainment and not the customers.
@CJ: That’s good news. It seems that much of the top talent coming forth lately is young, but there’s nothing wrong with that!
