[Blogs] HamsapSukebe on Tobosha Episodes 1-3
Recommended reading. The mighty Akiramike reminisces about the earlier days of Japanese drama fansubs (I didn’t realize KIKU figured into it, but it makes sense) as a lead-in to a review of this Fugitive-like drama, which has been picked up by SOS and Haro Rangers. He finds flaws in the character dynamics but considers is pleasantly surprised to find the show a well-handled action drama. As always, Akiramike’s eye for details and sense of perspective define this review and make the series more compelling for it.
The presence of sexy Abe Hiroshi is enough to get me interested, at least - any chance of him chasing the fugitive while wearing just a towel? - so hopefully the whole series will be subbed.
