[Blogs] tranQuilla Reviews Leah Dizon and Crystal Kay
Leah Dizon: Communication!!!
Crystal Kay: Color Change!
I liked tranquilla’s entry on Stephanie being too ugly because it was honest and sincere. Well, tranquilla just kicked it up a notch. The opening paragraph to this review of Leah Dizon’s Communication!!! is frank as hell.
Calling Leah Dizon a hooker, well, anyone can do that. Is it possible to call her a hooker and have it be unique? The review starts off immediately by tearing down Leah Dizon until there is nothing left (something I wouldn’t mind doing myself). However, the entry, to a certain degree, builds Leah back up again. And that is what makes this work. Under certain circumstances, I’d even say tranquilla enjoys Leah Dizon. The tracks that work are given their proper credit just as much as the tracks that don’t work are given their knocks.
Plus, playing with the words from song titles can sometimes come off as tacky. That doesn’t happen here. I almost want to get tranquilla to write the titles for IW entries.
The review of Crystal Kay is a little more subdued, but perhaps Crystal Kay, unlike Leah Dizon, calls for that.
