[Blogs] C-ute Reviews, For Everyone Loves FOREVER LOVE

Forever Love PV (Midori’s J-pop Overanalyzations)
Undercover: C-ute’s New PV (Stardust)
HOT. [C-ute's FOREVER LOVE PV] (Renai Revolution 21)
C-ute, meet puberty. Puberty, C-ute. (hajimete no ROCK CONCERT)
My Love will last Forever…maybe (Slasha’s Tatami Mat)

The PV for C-ute’s latest single is out, and bloggers are already reacting!

Midori (of Midori’s J-pop Overanalyzations) reviews the PV in her usual bullet-point format. She likes the outfits and dance, which are really awesome and show C-ute maturely, but not too maturely.

On the other hand, Mars (of Stardust) is unhappy with the outfits and even more dissatisfied with the PV itself. Although he enjoyed the PV, he felt that they did not execute the idea properly. Mars then tells us how he would have directed the PV, and I must say that his version of the PV sounds much more interesting than this PV!

Next, Wendy (of Renai Revolution 21) brings us tons of screen-cappy goodness along with her amusing captions. She comments briefly on each girl and her overall thoughts of the PV. Wendy also happens to point out something that I personally thought was the best part of the video. Can anyone figure out what Wendy pointed out in the PV that I liked?

Moving on, pengie (of hajimete no ROCK CONCERT) talks more about C-ute’s development than the PV itself. She discusses each girls development, which is an interesting topic now that the age of the average C-ute member is 14.5. pengie is very taken with Erika, evidently. She also discusses C-ute’s success in comparison to Morning Musume and Berryz Koubou and has a reasonable explanation for how C-ute has managed to hold their own in sales despite MM and BK having declining sales.

Last, but not least, Slasha (of Slasha’s Tatami Mat) has an interesting take on the plot of FOREVER LOVE. I won’t ruin Slasha’s story, but I’ll say that Airi’s comment made me chuckle.
