Kalafina/FictionJunction ON FIRE! Vol. 2 (Lost Wing)

Tsuki of Lost Wing gives us an overview of composer Kajiura Yuki’s works, including Kalafina and her collaboration project FictionJunction. Tsuki’s feature highlights the artist by providing recommendations and a brief background of the groups origins in anime and beyond.

While the intended purpose is to draw attention to an artist or group who is currently sizzling in the music industry, it also serves as an interesting approach to give a general idea of the artist and their capabilities for those who might not be familiar with their music.

To that end, it certainly could be said that both groups are hot right now. With FictionJunction’s recently released single, Kalafina’s album and upcoming appearance at Anime Boston, they’re doing it right.
