Thursday, July 2nd to Sunday, July 5th marked Anime Expo in Los Angeles which featured Morning Musume’s first public appearance and performance on the continental United States. In addition to Morning Musume’s presence, their producer, TSUNKU, and HANGRY were also in attendance at the convention.

I’m nearly positive there is wifi available at the Convention Center — you just have to pay for it. I think it’s something pretty doable like $10 a day.

Weird. Maybe it’s down at the moment, but I’m pretty sure it was there. Maybe he just meant they can’t comp wifi for reporters.
The center’s Web site agrees with me: “Los Angeles Convention Center is a Wi-Fi Zone.” So I would definitely at least check when you get there.
