Wonder Girls English Plans + 2NE1 News (Asian Pop Attack)
Say it ain’t so…The Jonas Brothers? Yes, it’s true! Nodame is reporting that Wonder Girls will be opening for the ultra-popular Disney act for 13 shows in 7 cities. Actually, I guess they are as appropriate a group as any for Wonder Girls to open for. And as Nodame points out it will be massive exposure for their upcoming English releases, which are slated for the fall.
Nodame is also concerned that the groups’ sex appeal may be a little too hot for the impressionable pre/young-teen crowd and their parents. That might be, but it would be completely hypocritical after seeing the way the fans swoon over the Jonas Brothers. And as much as I would love to see the girls in person, I don’t think I could stomach that nonsense for two minutes!
Because adult males enraptured by young J-idols is much more palatable. Yeah, that’s what I think! (LOL)

Can’t quite work out whether this is a good or bad thing? I love the WonderGirls and to see them get this much exposure to an American market is simply amazing…..but the Jonas Brothers? WTF?
Hmmm…I don’t seems a bit odd? Not exactly the obvious mix right? Plus English releases? Does that mean they’ll be performing in English?….
It’ll be intersting to see how it all works out, how well (and if) they’re accepted, as to whether it’ll affected their musical style and image I guess we’ll have to wait and see. Who knows, one of them might convince a Jonas Brother to give up his purity ring ;p

Yes girls wanna fawn over guys but girls wanna be like other girls too Something like “I’m a Barbie girl, in a barbie world” might work… “I’m a Wonder Girl in a Wonder World”!!! Hell yeah.

They are very beautiful and cute. Aside from their looks, they also have talents that made them famous now in all countries especially Philippines.

i love the Jonas Brothers, they are so handsome. I really like Joe Jonas in particular.

I saw them, nobody liked their dumb song, we just wanted to cute guys to come on. I wonder why they were there, nobody cared about them at all.
