I (pengie) attended Otakon 2009 in Baltimore, Maryland as an IW representative. The convention ran from July 17th to 18th, and featured concert performances by MELL, Wakeshima Kanon, BECCA, and Tamura Naomi. Despite a minor stomach bug that kept me from attending everything I initially had planned (most notably the MELL concert on Day 1), I had a ton of fun, and was honored to be granted the opportunity to post press coverage from the con.
