Angela Aki’s latest single, Ai No Kisetsu was released last week and has gotten good reviews thus far.

solarblade of Kurayami Monogatari doesn’t feel this release is as strong as her previous single Tegami ~Haikei Juugo no Kimi e~ (and I definitely have to agree with him on this – that song is gorgeous), but finds that Ai No Kisetsu is still a good single from her. However, he found the first b-side Emily, the most energetic song on this single, to be the stronger of the 2 original tracks on this release. The 2nd b-side is a cover of Boyz II Men’s song It’s so Hard TO Say Goodbye To Yesterday and solarblade gives Angela credit for pulling off this song which was originally sung by a strong quintet.

you’re my melody; enjoyed the entire single, praising the composition of each song. They found the songs simple, but unique and for each song, point out a specific part which they found to be particularly noteworthy.
