The PVs for Berryz Koubou’s latest double A-side release are out and from what I’ve seen so far, everyone is loving them. It looks like many bloggers are turning to Berryz Koubou for their fill of good old Hello! Project randomness and fun.

Paul at Hello!Blog is loving both songs and PVs, giving props to Berryz for keeping things fun and lighthearted. The recent, more moody singles from Morning Musume haven’t been what he’s looking for from Hello! Project acts right now. He notes that both songs are vocally focused on Risako and Miyabi, but doesn’t haven’t any issues with it for he doesn’t feel it takes away from the songs, and somehow the other girls aren’t forgotten with their own solo lines dispersed within the songs. In the Ryusei Boy PV, it’s Chinami that catches his eye, which is nothing new… However, in Watashi no Mirai no Dannasama PV, he’s surprised to find that Miyabi is catching his attention. Well, I say it’s about time, Paul!

After watching the PV of Ryusei Boy Arche-JoIyO has come to disregard the Big Band theory and the existence of God, as from this PV, we come to learn that the existence of earth is due to the power of Berryz Koubou. Arche-JoIyO has even written a letter to whomever it may concern to try and change the name of Earth to a more appropriate Berryz related name. Obviously loving Ryusei Boy, Ache-JoIyO has even more love for Watashi no MIrai no Dannasama. She feels all the girls look gorgeous and mix cute, funny, weird and sexy into this PV in the special way Berryz Koubou does.

OpsMonkey of Selective Hearing is quite enjoying Ryusei Boy and has plans for mixing this song already. He’s calling out any readers that can help him find a clean vocal track for this song. He was amused by the PV and wonders what kind of life will form on this planet brought to life by the girls. But I’d have to say my favourite line from his review would be his summary of the PV:

As with most Berryz videos Miyabi & Riskao look yummy, Momoko looked eternally 12 & Yurina is fucking tall.

zush of Berryz Kobo International wasn’t too impressed with Ryusei Boy’s PV after watching the preview, but upon watching the full length version, he has changed his mind. His post isn’t quite a review. Instead he focuses on a particular part of the PV, and leads into his shared screencaps with this thought: “Really, if you have not skipped your biology lessons then you know what kind of role girls are acting in this PV.”
