Here comes the second batch of Berryz Koubou PV reactions (finally -_-;).

Ado at Hello!SayuNii is impressed that the Ryuusei Boy PV was able to stay interesting despite it being pretty much a danceshot. Even though he found the dance a bit strange, he felt it added nicely to the mood of the song. However, Ado liked the Watashi no Mirai no Danna-sama PV even better, due to the variety of shots, as this one isn’t strictly a danceshot and also the more balanced screen time for the girls. One thing that I noticed while reading Ado’s writeup was Maasa’s hat… I mean, I’ve seen the PV, so I must have seen it, but I didn’t SEE it somehow… I love hats. What’s wrong with me?! Anyway, now that I’ve noticed it, awesome hat. Ado particularly liked Yurina’s hat, but I’m partial to fedoras, thus my loving Maasa’s hat.

Sakuramochi of Wagashi liked the Ryuusei Boy PV well enough, though didn’t find it particularly special. However, she was not too fond of the line distribution. I think it’s well known by now who’s going to be getting lines in Berryz (and their line distribution is MUCH better than C-ute’s), and while I can understand someone being upset that they’re favourite isn’t getting lines… Well, I don’t think the dynamic of Berryz Koubou is going to be changing any time soon. Yes, Miyabi, Momoko, Risako and Yurina have other groups that they perform in, but I think the fact that they’re the front girls of Berryz Koubou is part of the reason why they are in other groups. In Watashi no Mirai no Danna-sama, she’s liking the line distribution a little better, but it looks like she finds the PV a little too random to fully enjoy. The highlight for her in both PVs was Chinami.

SuperHappyGenki of SHG Hyperforce Go! not only takes a look at the Berryz Koubou PVs, but sums up quite a few Hello! Project happenings including a review of Morning Musume’s latest PV Kimagure Princess, some thoughts on the completed and upcoming graduations and the sickness of 5 of the 7 Berryz girls. In regards to the Berryz PVs, she adores the Ryuusei Boy PV, though is underwhelmed with Miyabi’s singing. She enjoyed the Watashi no Mirai no Danna-sama PV as well, but definitely likes Ryuusei Boy’s dance much better. It is the close-up shots that SHG enjoys most in the Danna-sama PV.
