Hello Project Top 100: The “Almost Made It”s (Bikkuri Project)

Celestia went through her top 100 H!P songs, but that wasn’t enough for her. So she went on and added another 20 songs that were close, but no cigar. Funnily enough, as I watched through these songs, I realized that I have never seen the PV for C-ute’s Soku Dakishimete. Imagine that. XD
