Ray Mescallado is an admin and the owner of Intl Wota. His favorite Japanese music acts include Hello! Project, SweetS, Perfume, and Bennie K. He also has a strong attachment to certain Junior Idols, most notably Shihono Ryo and Kiri Sari. A resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, he has a very patient wife and a lovely daughter named after a member of SweetS and the H!P television show.
