Chisato Okai: Holy Crap, She’s Even Better At Singing Than I Thought!!!
!!YOU MUST WATCH THIS!!
From the fanclub videos recently released. It’s not every day you get to hear ‘Sato sing more than one line or so. OMG Chisato kicks some serious ass, especially from about 3:00 to the end. She’s a really talented singer, not just in idol terms, but even in general people who sing terms. She has the vocal talent to be a soloist, easy. The girl got one of the more prominent solo lines in the last single, something long overdue, but it’s not enough. Not nearly enough. Please join me in demanding more Chisato! Sure, she doesn’t exactly act like a idol should, and she might not look like one as much as some of the other girls (a lot of which is really just a styling problem), but h!p cannot have talent like this sitting around and being ignored. Am I right?

Needz Moar Chisato!

Holy crap she’s amazing! That song’s a little high for her vocal range, but she’s AMAZING on the lower parts!
Chisato really has a great voice for her age.
Ewww she’s out of tune sometimes @3@”
Personally I don’t like her voice xD
But I still like Chisa a lot….
Well, she’s got my vote. I’ve appreciated her tomboyish charm for a while now, but ever since the latest single came out, I’ve come to appreciate her more and more as an actual singer. This video only confirms her talent further, in my mind.
This is probably the best solo I’ve ever heard out of the junior ensembles. Chisato has:
* A cannon voice, reminscent of Petula Clark in the 1960s. Petula was only aboput 4-11 and 90 pounds.
* Great range, and slips into and out of falsetto seamlessly.
* Pitch and tone. Chisato is rapidly catching up to Suzuki has C-ute’s top voice.
* Tremolo. Few Japanese idol singers hyave it. Chisato does, and then some.
Yes, give Chisato some more solo work. Yesterday.
Chisato
this perf. gave me shivers
please have chisa grow her hair
grow into her head
and then make her a soloist!
I always thought of her as the best singer in c-ute after Airi, who has a better control over her voice(Mostly on concerts)
And anyway, she has a somewhat similar voice to Miki .
She definitely has the voice to be a solist, we’ll just have to wait a few years
^yeah, I would agree that Airi has better control, but control is something that can be learned, and Chisa’s voice has more power and a richer tone.
I’m not saying she should be made into a soloist today. I’d settle for more solo lines in upcoming c-ute singles for now, but maybe eventually…
Chisa is my favourite H!P member and keeps proving again and again she is a shining star. Watch her go solo and conquer H!P!!! Go Chisato, GO!
Aww. Chisa! i officially love you!
she is awesome. much better than some others who are like vocal rollercoasters. ^_^
