I have to say, surprising results. “Love Machine” #1??? I was predicting “I Wish”. I thought as fans we wouldn’t have gone with the most popular song as a #1.

Love “Sakura Mankai”‘s high rating. (I voted for it!) “Very Beauty” and S/mileage.

I am sad at “Ai Araba’s” low ranking, Tanpopo’s, and C-ute. I love C-ute as well and like the recent stuff alot. Also surprisng were lack of Kirari! Where’s the Koha love, people? Aya Matsuura, too…ah well, very interesting.

I like Blue Sweaters idea of breaking it down even more. I understand that Celestia is probably WAY done with all this, but maybe if she could get the info to him/her they could do the work!

Oh and if the pole were just a week or so later, “Tomodachi wa Tomadachi Nanda” would have been on my list! I know everyone is geeking out about “Otekebi Boy”, but I cannnot stop playing “TwTN”!

By the way, I am wondering whether you are willing to share this data? I’d really love to have access to produce some other analysis which I think will be pretty cool. Most are probably like the ones you list above (rank by year, groups, country, gender, top song for each year, top singles, top album songs etc. etc.)

It would be really great if you could do let me know about this:)

I’m surprised that a couple of super popular H!P songs are missing. No Minimoni, Pucchimoni, Goto Maki or W in the top40. I would’ve figured we’d have seen Robokiss or Miss Love Tantei very high close to the top.

I love that Def.Diva is represented. I love them~ I would’ve thought we would’ve seen Baby! Koi ni Knockout, Ai Araba It’s Alright, Koe, Koisuru Angel Hearts somewhere in these videos.

I wish Tanpopo was somewhere on there, too.

I’m happy that my all time favorite Sakura Mankai not only made the list but made the top ten, here i thought i was the only person who loved that song.

I guess the biggest suprise is the lack of sub groups that make the top 40 I thought for sure Tanpopo or Pettie Moni would slip a couple in there, Yet Aa! made the list top 40 with 2 different line ups

I also thought there would be more Buono I can’t believe Kiss Kiss Kiss or Honto no Jibun didn’t make the top 40, but Rotara Rotarra did make the top 10 so that makes up for it.

I’m disappointed in the lack of support for C-ute since their my second favorite group, but i guess i am the only person who likes there recent stuff after all.

As for the top ten even though i only voted for one or two of them, most of them are songs i absolutely so love i’m happy others love them aswell.

I’m sorry I couldn’t be part of the poll, but I think that the results are quite interesting! I honestly didn’t expect Nanchatte to be so high! XD It is a great song and very popular, but for some reason, I thought that SYO would beat it.

Also, the Dakishimete Dakishimete song being the top Berryz single was quite a surprise for me XD I guess I’m not a fan of the mainstream sound then…

And also, I want to give you a personal thank you because somehow this video snippets really reminded me of my times when I first got into H!P and they made me remember many happy moments that I connect to these songs. So, yeah, thanks! (also, sorry for the randomness XD I just had to thank you though…)
