Risa Graduating
Not a particularly eloquent post, but I needed to say something.
My favorite member of Morning Musume is graduating…. I mean, I knew this was coming, but I hoped it wouldn’t be until at least next fall. Now all I can think is that I really really want to get back to Japan to see her perform one last time, but I just don’t think I have the money to do that right now. Extremely sad about this. The Morning Musume whose concerts I went to is going to be almost totally gone soon.

She was my favorite, too. I noticed that there are several fans that don’t really care for the new girls who say that they’ll be done with MM after she’s gone. I love Risa, and I loved Ai, Eri, and Lin Lin. The Morning Musume that I became a fan of (in 2007) is pretty much gone, but I’m really starting to love some of the new girls, so I’m still a fan … as long as the songs they release are better than “Pyoko Pyoko Ultra” (although it’s growing on me).
I feel like this is a big blow to the group because after her energy is gone I feel like there wont be much left in the group
as much as I love 9th and 10th gen they still have a long way to go
there has been so much change in the last 18 months its hard to process considering they had never changed since I started liking them in 2008 bar koharu graduating but that wasnt so big a deal really
cept they kinda dont have a 7th gen anymore lol
I feel like I want to say I’m done but I like the new girls and sayumi enough to stick around as long as they dont have more than one audtion this year and dont add more than 2 people (well thats about as much change as I want this year)
2 gens in one year was definately too much, though with ai and risa going i can see why they did it, I just feel like 9th gen werent set well enough in the group before they added 10th gen
Meh lets hope Pyoko Pyoko ultra does well for the mean time
Gaki is so awesome. I’m sorry it looks like you won’t make it back, but look on the bright side, you saw sooo many shows with her and most of us (me) aren’t able to go to Japan at all. So consider yourself lucky and blessed to ahve had that opportunity. I know it still sucks.
I like the new girls alot. I do NOT like Reina at all and Sayu has grown on me and Aika’s been MIA so long I don’t know where I stand with her, but 9th and 10th gen rule!! The new song is silly fluff and I think a step backward, but holding out hope that Gaki-sans last single (about the time of her grad, I should think) will ROCK!!
CNAT WAIT for the poll and your video!! Only wish I had ranked Please Miniskirt Postwoman, it is soooooo good, (don’t like the new single much though, but C-ute’s new one and Berryz are great!)
