Fujimoto Miki’s marriage plans (JPH!P)
So I see this thread title and my first thought was she’s about to get married. But Mikiwota have nothing to worry about — yet (Don’t Panic). Apparently she discusses her future hopes for marriage and career.
Whatever she decides, I’ll still support her and hope she does what makes her happy.(*^v^*)

It was brought to my attention by our own Charmy Renai that former Hello! Project and Coconuts Musume member, Ayaka has gotten married to professional golfer Tanihara Hideto. Totally Hello! Project is on the ball and already has the news up, congratulations, as well as a little bit of pondering on why Ayaka really left H!P.

Stranger things have happened. I suppose. The last Weezer video, for example, that featured a reenactment of a MiniMoni skit. And now they’ve announced a cover of “Meri Kuri” will be included as a bonus track on the Japanese version of their new album. I’m almost afraid of what could be next.

Recommended reading. News on the forums is that the only gokkie away from H!P is coming home! After 2 years of studying English in New Zealand, Makochan is back in Japan and making an appearance on Haromoni@ with two of her fellow gokkies. There’s a little bit of discussion about which episode she’ll be appearing on. Will it be the 8th or the 15th? Either way, it looks like we’ll be seeing her soon! I’m quite excited for this, and I can’t wait to hear her speak in English!

Okay people. Bear with me for I am currently having a heart attack… Browsing the JPHiP forums today, I came across news of a scandal involving Miyabi and a boy assumed to be from Hey Say Jump. Hello!Online forums have pictures regarding the scandal.
There is no official word out from UFA as of yet. Hopefully, Miya’s status in Berryz and Buono! will cushion her from whatever punishment UFA decides to dish out if these rumours end up being true. However, I’m worried, because unlike Ayaya, who was older and didn’t get much in terms of punishment for her scandal a few years back, Miya is a mere 15 years old. All we can do is watch and wait and hope that this really is just a rumour, or that UFA has the common sense to keep Miya, for she is obviously a big name within the H!P kingdom. I know that I’m supporting Miya, no matter what!

Recommended reading. Our own broomhead looks at one blog in particular, yossha yossha YOSSHA!, and uses that as an example of how a dedicated fandom can override most any other concern when reading a blog. It’s an interesting lesson applied well, and definitely should cause some introspection.

Unable to access either of his blog posting URLs from his capsule hotel for some undetermined reason, Radicalpatriot uses the American Wota forum (as good a place as any) to give a quick update on his arrival in Japan for a weekend of live H!P goodness. Lucky bastard.

US expatriate Cykeichan met ex-Whiteberry vocalist Yuki Madea at a show which had her new band Yukki on the bill. This same cat witnessed Whiteberry’s last ever Tokyo concert (and obtained a tin of their guitar picks from the merch stand for me) in 2004. Lucky bastard.

Aya Ishiguro on KTV Marco Polo 20th May 2007 - Summary
I heard about this Ishiguro Aya’s TV appearance on “KTV Marco Polo” show earlier yesterday, where Ayappe revealed details about the early days of Morning Musume, and talked about the Tsuji/Kago saga briefly. I was dying to get my hands on it. Soon after, the show was upped on H!O, and a summary of the show was posted in the forums. I’m sure we all know that showbiz life is tough, but it’s heart-breaking to hear it from dear Ayappe’s own mouth.
