Here’s a quick rundown about yours truly.

I’ve been a fan of Morning Musume since around September 2001. I was quickly brought into the entire world of Hello! Project with my discovery of Morning, but I only really followed Morning Musume, any subgroups containing Morning Musume members, the shuffle units and Matsuura Aya. For some reason, I have never really gotten into Melon Kinenbi or other groups of H!P (with the exception of Country Musume, but again, Morning Members were a part of that group at varying times).

After a nearly 2 year long break from Hello! Project starting in 2005, I was pulled back into the fray after listening to Berryz Koubou’s “Munasawagi Scarlet” and falling in love with Natsuyaki Miyabi’s voice in late 2007.

A quick rundown of my H!P tastes:

• Favourite H!P member: Matsuura Aya
• Favourite H!P group: Buono! [they're going to take over the world!! - or at least my iTunes and iPod]
• Favourite Morning Musume member: Takahashi Ai (with Niigaki Risa at a VERY close second)
• Favourite Berryz Koubou member: Natsuyaki Miyabi
• Favourite C-ute member: Yajima Maimi
• Favourite Morning Musume song: ‘I Wish’ (or ‘Hare no Ame Nochi Suki’ if the Gumi’s are counted)
• Favourite Matsuura Aya song: ‘Zutto Suki De Ii Desu Ka’ (with ‘Love Namida Iro’ at a very close second)

Other tidbits:

• I am a huge basketball and tennis fan.
• Basketball team: Toronto Raptors (fave player – #8, Jose Calderon)
• Favourite tennis players: Marat Safin, Justine Henin
• I love to sing and dance (though my dancing skills are practically non-existent), play guitar and piano.
• Favourite Non-H!P artists/bands: Hanson, Lea Salonga, Angela Aki, Mandy Moore, bury the bully, Bare Naked Ladies
• Favourite colour: Orange (could you guess from my layout?)
