Two new Kirarin Revolution related singles will be released this summer. They are as follows:

Tsukishima Kirari starring Kusumi Koharu will release a new solo single on July 16. The single will come in both regular (EPCE-5564) and limited (EPCE-5563) editions. The title is TBA.

The boy group SHIPS from Kirarin Revolution will release their first single (EPCE-5562) on June 25. The title is TBA.

… and that’s not a bad thing! A preview of the music video to Buono!’s upcoming single, Kiss!Kiss!Kiss!, has been posted on the Pony Canyon website.

I see that they’re giving Momoko a “speshul” character in Buono! In Renai Rider, she got the tricycle while the other two got mini bikes, and now she gets the preschool book when Airi and Miyabi are reading novels.

Kiss!Kiss!Kiss! will be released on May 14.

Two new “minibags” (pictured above) produced by Satoda Mai are now available on Dinos. I don’t exactly know how someone can be a handbag producer, but who am I to judge? I’m guessing it means she has a say in the overall look of the bag. Each of the bags are 24,000 yen each.

I can seriously go down to Forever XXI or Aldo and get a similar bag for less than $50 (but I’m a guy, so I don’t want to.) Although these bags are pretty generic and overpriced, I’m still happy that Satoda is big enough to get her own products. More pictures of the bags below.

Berryz Koubou will release a new single on June 25. The single will come in both regular (PKCP-5121) and limited (PKCP-5119) editions, as usual. The limited edition will come with a DVD.

The Single V (PKBP-5098) will be released in July, although no specific date has been given. The title of the single is to be announced at a later date.

Above is the cover from Niigaki Risa’s fourth solo photobook, Happy Girl. For some reason she just looks dirty in the picture. I mean dirt as in filth. My brain tells me it’s not so, but my eyes tell me yes. It must be the combination of messy hair and the lighting. It just has to be! That, or UFA’s infamous photoshop “skills.”

The photobook comes out this Friday, April 25. Perhaps they can put the profit earned towards getting a better photoshopper. Just kidding! You know UFA hates spending money on anything that can remotely please the fans.

Ishikawa Rika showed off the goods at an event on Saturday for Fanta Furu Furu Shakers. Just look at that stink-face she’s giving the camera! From the look of things, she loves shaking what her mama gave her! I guess you can take the girl out of Biyuuden, but you can’t take the Biyuuden out of the girl.
