The limited edition cover to Berryz Koubou’s 17th single Yuke Yuke Monkey Dance was uploaded onto the TV Station website.
The single will be released on July 9.

A preview of Berryz Koubou’s 17th single “Yuke Yuke Monkey Dance” was played on their radio show. It sounds very upbeat but kiddy. The download was originally uploaded by JPM’s Ampedechoz.
The single will be released on July 9th.

The Hello!Project website has uploaded new artist pictures for Berryz Koubou. These outfits will probably be the outfits for their 17th single. Click on “read the rest of this entry” to see all the pictures

TV Station lists the title of Berryz Koubou’s 17th single as “Ike Ike Monkey Dance” (or Yuke Yuke Monkey Dance. The kanji can be read both ways.) The release date of the single has also been pushed back from June 25 to July 9. The Single V will now be released on July 23.

Everybody knows it’s a dangerous thing to bring wota around idols, but just imagine how those penguins must feel with all those Berryz creepers around, yelling crazy things.
Someone call PETA (or whoever deals with stuff like that!) The only thing worse than submitting these little guys to hysteric wota is making them listen to Dschinghis Khan, which also happened.
If that wasn’t bad enough, the translation I got from Nifty, an online translator, called them “two jackass penguins.” When will these penguins ever get a break?! Nowadays, the politically correct term is African Penguin or Black-Footed Penguin. Don’t believe me? Look it up.
Today, Berryz Koubou participated in the Sunshine City 30th anniversary event. Berryz’s excuse to be there was apparently that Dschinghis Khan was originally a big hit the same year that Sunshine City opened, 1978. However a trip to wikipedia says that the single wasn’t recorded and released until 1979. I’m calling shenanigans!
Those old dudes are called the Oyaji Dancers and I guess they did some crazy dance to add to the insanity of the show. There was also a cake made to look like Sunshine City that was over 1 meter tall. Pictures below, as usual.

Neowing now has a new single listed for a new H!P unit tentatively called “Cinderella The Musical” Special Unit. Both limited and regular editions the unit’s first single (currently untitled) will be released on June 11. The limited edition will include a bonus DVD that includes the song’s music video.
The members of the group are as follows:
Takahashi Ai (Morning Musume)
Tanaka Reina (Morning Musume)
Shimizu Saki (Berryz Kobou)
Yajima Maimi (C-ute)
Maeda Yuuka (H!P Egg)
[Neowing]
Some staff photos of the upcoming show Berikyuu! have been uploaded onto Moro-P’s blog. Moro-P is a producer associated with Hello!Project. Above are pictures of Mano Erina from the opening (left) and Berryz Koubou footage from the show (right.)
The show features Berryz Koubou, °C-ute and Mano Erina as well as other Hello! Project members as guests. The girls will participate in regular game and quiz segments.
Berikyuu! will premiere in a week on March 31.
