Tomohisa Yamashita’s first solo concerts (Tokyograph)
Looks like Yamapi’s got some new work for him. With the recent speculation of NEWS breaking up, I’m not surprised that Yamapi is being more promoted by the agency, but for him to have solo concerts?! And especially when he’s only released one single for the opening of a drama (even though it sold really well), what would he do at these concerts? I guess that one and the one he’s set to release soon, but I’m still confused as to why him and not someone else…

There are plenty of johnnys who have had their own solo concerts without ever releasing their own solo singles (eg. Nishikido Ryo, Yokoyama You, Ueda Tatsuya etc) so its not really a big surprise considering he’s one of the most popular guys in not just johnnys but the whole of the japanese entertainment world. Plus he’s been hinting at it in his daily nikki for quite some time
I don’t see why it *shouldn’t* be him.

Honestly this really isn’t big news. Nishikido Ryo has had solo cons. Ohno Satoshi. Freakin’ Yokoyama Yuu has ad solo cons. YOKO. Yamapi’s shows are long overdue by johnny-world standards. XD
